There’s something undeniably Christmassy and festive about this picture, isn’t there? That’s saying something considering the focal point is Mineru clobbering a Wizzrobe into oblivion, not a topic one usually associates with the holiday season. This is the only image in this advent calendar where all five of the Sages are present, including the ever elusive Riju, and Sidon, whom I unlocked several months after the other four. (I love Sidon, it just happened that way by accident.)

There’s something heartwarming about seeing all the Sages joining together to lay smackdown on a particularly effervescent ice conjurer, even if Link’s only contribution is standing there and looking pretty. Bare feet in the snow, Link? If it wasn’t so cute and Hobbity, I would question it.

Originally I thought this picture was taken on the slopes of Mount Agaat, but a quick search came up blank for trees. I also checked Snowfield Stable, which had trees—but they were birches, not pines. While both locations had ice wizzrobes, neither were the same as this picture. Comment to let me know if you have any ideas as to where this is, because I have no idea.

Side note: today is also Beethoven’s birthday. That means there’s no better day to give some of his wonderful music a listen—it’s endured 200+ years for a reason.
